Rajasthan is the largest state in India. Situated on the western coast bordering Pakistan, the state is a haven for tourist and adventurous people owing to the rich culture and tourist attractions.Rajasthan boasts on many tourist attractions like:

1) Jodhpur- Located near the desert, the city of Jodhpur is very popular among tourists. The Megharaj port is the pride of the city and many tourist visit the fort while in the city. Often the city is known as the ‘blue city’ as the walls of the houses are painted in the color blue. The artifacts from ancient times are found in the museums in Jodhpur.

2) Udaipur-The name is derieived from Mharana Uday Singh. The lake Pichola near the city is a must see for every person who adores nature.

3) Jaipur- Jaipur, often known as the pink city owing to the fact that the walls of the houses are painted in pink is the capital of the state of Rajasthan. Amer fort and the City Palace are the important tourist destinations in Rajasthan. The Bhawan Palace also requires a reference while talking about the tourist destinations in Rajasthan.

4) Jaisalmer- The city is renowned for its golden fort. The handicrafts industry is big is Jaisalmer, and one of the best handicrafts specimens in the world are found here.
